It might be summertime but activities for the Cape Central High Young Women of Excellence mentoring group have continued. This summer, students in the group have enjoyed a college visit to Lincoln University, a fun time at Board & Brush Creative Studio, a trip to Ty's Snow Cones, a visit together to Capaha Park, and weekly discussions connecting the group.
The girls' mentoring program is made possible thanks to support through the Cape Girardeau Public Schools Foundation.
